What am I putting here? Resources I search for over and over again, work that I’m finding inspiring that I hope might inspire you, and seeds of revolution. Because, of course.

Community Climate in Astro/Physics
We have created (and are continuing to create) resources that both report on the current climate in our fields, and provide guidance to make change in our institutions.
APS: LGBT Climate in Physics
Released in March 2016, this report provides an important set of steps departments can take to improve the climate for LGBT+ folks in their communities. It importantly notes that although straight physicists think the climate is safe for queer folks, queer folks frequently do not experience support in their departments. In particular, LGBT+ physicists who have multiple marginalized identities face more barriers.
